ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE

1.0 - By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or
referenced herein (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, we advise you
not to use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use
at any time, and without prior notice - please check the Terms of Use periodically for changes.

Any purchase from Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd constitutes that you the customer understands our
policies, and agree to them.



2.0 - COMPLAINTS

All orders are accepted by Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd, here in after subject to the Conditions of
Sales set out within these Terms & Conditions.

6.0 - PAYMENT METHODS

Generally the terms of the payment will be:

1. Do not send cash in the post. This is entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability for any
loss that may be encountered. Cash can be accept over the counter at our premises below.

2. Cheque with order request via the post.  All cheques should be made out to     
'Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd' and crossed 'Account Payee Only'. Please allow 5 - 7 working
days for cheque clearance.  Once the cheque has been cleared then your goods
will be dispatched to you.

3. Deliveries will be made once a payment has been validated.

4. On-line via our 'Online Store' on this site.

5. Pay Pal payments

6. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified. We
will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are
completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.

7.0 - ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation E-Mail detailing the following information...

  • Contact Name & Telephone Number
  • Total Price with line item split into price plus VAT
  • Postage & Packaging
  • Delivery & Billing Address


8.0 - PRICES

Whilst every effert will be made to maintain the prices quoted, we reserves the right to effect
changes without prior notice.  All prices exclude UK Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be
charged at the current rate of 20%. Any prices changes do not effect orders received on that
business day.



9.0 - RECEIPT (VAT)

The order confirmation sent to you will act as a temporary receipt. Upon receipt of your order a full
VAT receipt will be enclosed. We will be pleased to provide you with any other additional documentation that you may require.



10.0 - RETENTION OF TITLE

We retain the title of the goods to be delivered until full payment is received, unless a prior written
agreement has been entered into with Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd.



11.0 - STOCK LEVELS

We order to the customers' exact requirements.  Subject to stock availability the customer may place
orders for any quantity of products, however large or small. Our Stock Management system is used
to ensure our current view of 'In Stock'/'Out of Stock' is update on each product on our website.



12.0 - WARRANTY

All products advertised on the website are brand new factory sealed models, unless otherwise
specified as Factory Refurbished on our products page. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd is a known
authorised distributor and dealer for all products shown. All of our products are backed up by full
factory and manufacturers limitations warranty only. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd does not offer
any extended warranty of any kind. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges back
to the manufacturer for warranty claims after a period of more than 28 consecutive days. For any
non warranty repairs there will be a charge for parts, labour, any other charges applicable plus all
shipping charges. There is no warranty on: broken items, customer abused units, roach infested,
misused, or water damaged units. These items listed may not be returned for any reason.

All Third Party products sold by us are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.



13.0 - LINKS FROM THIS WEBSITE

Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd does not monitor or review the content of other party's websites that
are linked from this website. Opinions expressed or materials appearing on such websites are not
necessarily shared or endorsed by us. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd should not be regarded as the

14.0 - TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing
information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your Credit /Debit
card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a
credit to your Credit/Debit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

FABRICATION & INVOICE PAYMENTS

 

1.0 - FABRICATION PAYMENTS

If needed or asked for a confirmed or estimated quote will be presented to the customer before any work whether it be fabrication or purchasing of materials / equipment for fabrication work.

Upon agreement of quote / costings with customer a deposit / materials costs will be paid by the customer to Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd.

When these funds have cleared and a fabrication start date has been agreed with the customer & Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd. Then the fabrications / work will be started.

Upon completion of fabrications / work for the said customer the remaining costs will be paid in full to Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd.

When these funds have cleared a date will be agreed with the customer & Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd for collection or delivery of fabrications / equipment / work.

 

2.0 - INVOICE PAYMENTS

If needed or asked for a confirmed or estimated quote will be presented to the customer before any work whether it be fabrication or purchasing of materials / equipment for fabrication work.

Upon agreement of quote / costings with customer a deposit / materials costs will be paid by the customer to Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd.

When these funds have cleared and a fabrication start date has been agreed with the customer & Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd. Then the fabrications / work will be started.

Upon completion of fabrications / work for the said customer an invoice will be emailed / posted or given by hand to the customer upon collection or delivery of fabrication / equipment / work.

The customer will have from the date on the invoice 10 days to pay the remaining costs in full to Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd.

If the customer has not paid in full the outstanding amount owing to Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd by the said 10 days from the date on the invoice, then interest of 5% will be added to the outstanding amount on that day and every week there after until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.

 

Example:

Amount - £100 + VAT

10 days + 1 week from Invoice date = Amount + 5% ( £105) + VAT

10 days + 2 weeks from invoice date = Amount ( £105) + 5% + VAT

10 days + 3 weeks from Invoice date = Amount ( £110.25) + 5% + VAT

 

 The fabrications / equipment / work / materials ( even if customer has paid for these before work commenced ) remain the sole property of Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd until this outstanding amount has been paid in full.

Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd WILL reclaim any fabrications / equipment / work that has not been paid for in full by the customer in anyway that Overland Solutions (UK) Ltd needs to.

2.0 By using the option for 'Collection Only' this is to be used where you will physically pick your item up
at our premises at the address below. Please give an estimated time when you are going to collect the
package and we shall have it all ready for you on arrival. A comment can be added to the 'Special
Instructions' during your on-line transaction to detail your arrival. Tea & Coffee is provided free in
our waiting area. Toilet facilities are available.

2.0 - UNITED KINGDOM

All packages up to 1Kg are sent to you as 1st class Recorded Delivery or Courior. This gives us piece of mind
that under normal operations, packages should not get lost on their way to you. Although there is no
guarantee of next day delivery, our target is to get all deliveries to you within 5 working days, but not
more than 7 days.

Packages up to 1Kg to 20Kg will be sent as Standard Parcel or Courior. Our target is to deliver this to you
within 5 to 7 working days. Packages from 20Kg to 100Kg will be sent by courier within 5 to 7 days.
Any packages with a total weight of over 100Kg, then please call for quote.

Note: Packages over 20Kg to the 'Highlands & Islands of Scotland' will be liable for an

5.0 - GENERAL SHIPPING/HANDLING

For very heavy and/or large oversize items for shipping, extra rates could potentially apply. We would
take the opportunity to advise you in advance of the rate before we ship the goods. You will still be
able to cancel your order and obtain a full refund should you decide not to proceed.

Please note that we will not be liable for any consequential loses, costs, damages, charges, or
expenses caused by the late or non-delivery of goods.



6.0 - DOES A CUSTOMS DOCUMENT NEED TO BE ATTACHED TO YOUR GOODS ?

A customs declaration may need to be completed by Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd prior to sending
our product to you. This will in no way effect a delay on shipping. Please advise us if you have any
special requirements for overseas delivery.

RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS

1.0 - RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS 

The Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd goal is to guarantee the very best in quality, and wants you to be
entirely satisfied with all your products purchased from our internet store. Should you wish to send
back or exchange any products ordered, you can do so within a period of 14 days. We must be

The law states that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 days
from the day after the item was delivered to you. This applies to all items except for any digital
items that may have been downloaded as part or whole part of a purchase. We also regret that
we are not able to accept cancellation of the purchase of video, DVD, and audio CD where any
seal, shrink-warp, security tagging are not intact, and that has been subsequently removed
before return.

To qualify, the product must be returned in new condition with your original receipt. The original
box and packing must be returned in new condition or a 25% restocking charge will be deducted
from your refund. Any refunds will be made in the method you paid, once the item has been
received back with us at our premises.

One off items that have been made specifically to your specifications and which cannot be
re-stocked are defined as non-returnable items. Items of clothing that have been worn cannot
be returned for health and safety reasons.

Products that have been neglected, misused or abused are not returnable. This includes items
damaged from liquids, or where odours (tobacco, smoke, pets, etc.) exist.

Note that unfortunately postage on any items returned in this manner will not be refunded, unless
we delivered to you in error, or the goods were faulty.



2.0 - FAULTY GOODS -  Within 28 days of receipt
In the unlikely event that any goods are found to be defective or faulty due to workmanship,
these shall be replaced immediately at no extra cost to you. Please advise us within 7 working
days of receipt of the goods. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd must be notified of all returns prior
to sending back - Your transaction reference must be quoted in all correspondence.

If we are unable to replace any goods, then we shall make a full refund of the total amount.

3.0 - DAMAGED GOODS Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as 'damaged'. Use 'unchecked' if you are not able to be there at the time of delivery. In the

Please include the original packaging when returning your order.



4.0 - PERISHABLE ITEMS We cannot accept the returns of perishable good i.e. food, chocolate etc. Cancellations for this type of product can only be acceptable before the item is dispatched.



5.0 - SHORTAGES It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's
delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and please
