RETURNS & REFUNDS

1.0 - RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS
The Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd goal is to guarantee the very best in quality, and wants you to be
entirely satisfied with all your products purchased from our internet store. Should you wish to send
back or exchange any products ordered, you can do so within a period of 14 days. We must be
notified of all returns prior to sending back by sending an e-mail to:
sales@overland-solutions.com

The law states that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 days
from the day after the item was delivered to you. This applies to all items except for any digital
items that may have been downloaded as part or whole part of a purchase. We also regret that
we are not able to accept cancellation of the purchase of video, DVD, and audio CD where any
seal, shrink-warp, security tagging are not intact, and that has been subsequently removed
before return.

To qualify, the product must be returned in new condition with your original receipt. The original
box and packing must be returned in new condition or a 20% restocking charge will be deducted
from your refund. Any refunds will be made in the method you paid, once the item has been
received back with us at our premises.

One off items that have been made specifically to your specifications and which cannot be
re-stocked are defined as non-returnable items. Items of clothing that have been worn cannot
be returned for health and safety reasons.

Products that have been neglected, misused or abused are not returnable. This includes items
damaged from liquids, or where odors (tobacco, smoke, pets, etc.) exist.

Note that unfortunately postage on any items returned in this manner will not be refunded, unless
we delivered to you in error, or the goods were faulty (see FAULTY GOODS)



2.0 - FAULTY GOODS
Within 28 days of receipt
In the unlikely event that any goods are found to be defective or faulty due to workmanship,
these shall be replaced immediately at no extra cost to you. Please advise us within 7 working
days of receipt of the goods. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd must be notified of all returns prior
to sending back - Your transaction reference must be quoted in all correspondence.

If we are unable to replace any goods, then we shall make a full refund of the total amount.

3.0 - DAMAGED GOODS
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign
as 'damaged'. Use 'unchecked' if you are not able to be there at the time of delivery. In the
unlikely event that your order is received damaged please contact us on +44 (0) 1795-663300.
Please retain the original packaging for returning your order.



4.0 - PERISHABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept the returns of perishable good i.e. food, chocolate etc. Cancellations for this
type of product can only be acceptable before the item is dispatched.



5.0 - SHORTAGES
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's
delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and please
advise us at the following E-Mail address, quoting your transaction reference within 7 days
of delivery - sales@overland-solutions.com
