| All packages up to 1Kg are sent to you as 1st class Recorded Delivery.
This gives us piece of mind that under normal operations, packages should not get lost on their way to you. Although there is no guarantee of next day delivery, our target is to get all deliveries to you within 3 working days, but not more than 5 days. Packages up to 1Kg to 20Kg will be sent as Standard Parcel. Our target is to deliver this to you within 3 to 5 working days. Packages from 20Kg to 100Kg will be sent by courier within 3 to 5 days. Any packages with a total weight of over 100Kg, then please call for quote. Note: Packages over 20Kg to the 'Highlands & Islands of Scotland' will be liable for an additional charge as advised by our courier company. | Virtually anything that would normally be sent within the UK can be sent
abroad. The only major difference is the Customs declaration that Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd must make on the goods that are being sent to you. Each parcel sent to you will include a small handling charge as costed by each country. This charge is to make sure that you sign for the package/parcel. | For very heavy and/or large oversize items for shipping, extra rates could
potentially apply. We would take the opportunity to advise you in advance of the rate before we ship the goods. You will still be able to cancel your order and obtain a full refund should you decide not to proceed. Delivery times for overseas cannot be guaranteed as the service various for each country. At Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd we believe in ensuring that additional costs are kept to a minimum. These are particularly true of Postage & Packaging, and we ensure this is kept low by you only paying the cost of the actual weight of the item; and not a standard set charge. This is automatically calculated for you by our Shopping Cart application. There are occasions when the demand on certain items in our product range outstrips the supply. We will ensure that you are kept updated of the status of your order. Please note that we will not be liable for any consequential loses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by the late or non-delivery of goods. Any discounts that we get with our courier companies are passed right on to you. Thus enabling a very quick service for a fraction of the cost that you would normally expect to pay for overseas packages. Most companies on the internet offer very 'cheap' Europe package services - The small print usually says 4-6 week delivery. We believe that if you order our product that this is too long to wait. |

| 7.0 - DOES A CUSTOMS DOCUMENT NEED TO BE ATTACHED TO YOUR GOODS ? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| A customs declaration may need to be completed by Overland-Solutions (UK)
Ltd prior to sending our product to you. This will in no way effect a delay on shipping. Please advise us if you have any special requirements for overseas delivery. 7.1 - EUROPE (EU) Small packets up to 2Kg can be sent to EU countries as detailed below without the need for a Customs document...
7.2 - USA/CANADA Small packets up to 2Kg and sent to USA/Canada will require us to complete either one or two Customs documents. Goods up to the value of £270 we shall complete a CN22 Customs form. Goods over the value of £270 we shall complete a CN23 customs form. Note: The above value of £270 is valid only at the time of update on this site, and is subject to change by UK Customs. |

| We understand that speed is maybe not an option that you require and the
cost of Postage & Package is important to you. This is especially the case with International shipments. All our Worldwide deliveries are by air, however by land is cheaper, but slower.
