1.0 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE
By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or
referenced herein (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, we advise you
not to use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use
at any time, and without prior notice - please check the Terms of Use periodically for changes.

Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes
acceptance of those changes.

Any purchase from Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd constitutes that you the customer understands our
policies, and agree to them.



2.0 - COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event of a customer complaint that you may have, this should be initially sent by E-mail
to our Customer Services Team at: custserv@overland-solutions.com. Your E-mail will be
acknowledged within 3 working days and it will be dealt with both fairly and confidentially. We will
ensure that your are kept fully informed of the progress and eventual resolution.



3.0 - CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders are accepted by Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd, here in after subject to the Conditions of
Sales set out within these Terms & Conditions.



4.0 - COOKIES
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer.
Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping basket. The
information stored in the cookie does not directly contain any personally identifiable information.

6.0 - PAYMENT METHODS
Generally the terms of the payment will be:

1. Do not send cash in the post. This is entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability for any
   loss that may be encountered. Cash can be accept over the counter at our premises below.

2. Cheque with order request via the post.  All cheques should be made out to     
    'Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd' and crossed 'Account Payee Only'. Please allow 3-5 working
    days for cheque clearance. Ensure that you write the transaction reference number on the
    back of the cheque (i.e. OSL-xxxxxxxxx). Once the cheque has been cleared then your goods
    will be dispatched to you.

3. Deliveries will be made once a payment has been validated.

4. On-line via our 'Shopping Mall' on this site.

5. We use secure web pages and offer the use of secure real time credit card transaction servers,
    using 128-Bit encryption.

6. Credit/Debit card can be accepted over the phone, and will be process immediately via our
    Authorisation Centre.

7. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified. We
    will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are
    completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.

7.0 - ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation E-Mail detailing the following
information...

  • Contact Name & Telephone Number
  • Unique Transaction Reference
  • Total Price with line item split into price plus VAT
  • Postage & Packaging
  • Delivery & Billing Address
  • Special Instructions
  • How to contact the Customer Services Team



8.0 - PRICES
Whilst every endeavor will be made to maintain the prices quoted, we reserves the right to effect
changes without prior notice.  All prices exclude UK Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be
charged at the current rate of 17.5%. Any prices changes do not effect orders received on that
business day.



9.0 - RECEIPT (VAT)
The order confirmation sent to you will act as a temporary receipt. Upon receipt of your order a full
VAT receipt will be enclosed. We will be pleased to provide you with any other additional
documentation that you may require.



10.0 - RETENTION OF TITLE
We retain the title of the goods to be delivered until full payment is received, unless a prior written
agreement has been entered into with Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd.



11.0 - STOCK LEVELS
We order to the customers' exact requirements.  Subject to stock availability the customer may place
orders for any quantity of products, however large or small. Our Stock Management system is used
to ensure our current view of 'In Stock'/'Out of Stock' is update on each product on our website.



12.0 - WARRANTY
All products advertised on the website are brand new factory sealed models, unless otherwise
specified as Factory Refurbished on our products page. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd is a known
authorised distributor and dealer for all products shown. All of our products are backed up by full
factory and manufacturers limitations warranty only. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd does not offer
any extended warranty of any kind. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges back
to the manufacturer for warranty claims after a period of more than 28 consecutive days. For any
non warranty repairs there will be a charge for parts, labour, any other charges applicable plus all
shipping charges. There is no warranty on: broken items, customer abused units, roach infested,
misused, or water damaged units. These items listed may not be returned for any reason.

All Third Party products sold by us are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.



13.0 - LINKS FROM THIS WEBSITE
Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd does not monitor or review the content of other party's websites that
are linked from this website. Opinions expressed or materials appearing on such websites are not
necessarily shared or endorsed by us. Overland-Solutions (UK) Ltd should not be regarded as the
publisher of such opinions or material.



14.0 - TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing
information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your Credit /Debit
card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a
credit to your Credit/Debit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
